Why do we have to contact you to book — why isn't there an instant price?

Corporate activations are not the same as a standard wedding hire. Every brief is bespoke: branded overlays designed to your guidelines, custom intro/outro animations, on-screen UI, prints, lead-capture, RAMS & procurement paperwork, multiple pre-event sign-off calls with your marketing or events team, and often venue site visits. We also use specialist-built corporate-grade machines — heavier-duty rigs with backup hardware, redundant power, dual-operator setups for high-traffic events, and branded enclosures — not the off-the-shelf kit cheaper companies hire out. All of that takes more meetings, more design time and more crew. A flat off-the-shelf price would either under-deliver on what corporates actually need, or massively overcharge events that don't. The custom quote ensures you get exactly what your brand needs, priced fairly.

How quickly will we hear back after submitting the form?

Within 2 business hours during the working week. You'll get a tailored proposal — not a generic brochure — covering recommended experience, branding scope, deliverables, timeline and a fixed all-in price.

What does a typical corporate activation cost?

Accepted Answer

Corporate experiences start from £600. Most brand activations land between £1,500–£5,000+ depending on guest count, branding complexity, add-ons (lead capture, recap reels, AI portraits) and how many crew the event needs. We quote a fixed all-in figure — no surprise fees on the night.

How far in advance should we book?

For Q4 / Christmas season and major brand calendar dates we recommend 8–12 weeks. For most other events, 3–6 weeks gives our design team enough runway to build branded overlays and get sign-off. Last-minute briefs are sometimes possible — ask.

Question 5

Do you handle the branding design or do we send artwork?

Accepted Answer

Both. Send your brand guidelines and logo files and our in-house design team will build the overlays, intros, prints and on-screen UI. You sign everything off before the event. If your agency wants to supply finished assets, that's fine too — we'll spec exact dimensions.

Are you insured and procurement-ready?

Accepted Answer

Yes. £10m public liability, all equipment PAT-tested annually, full RAMS and method statements supplied within 24 hours of request. Invoices issued on company letterhead with 30-day payment terms available for established corporates.

Can you travel? Are you nationwide?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we deliver activations across the UK. Travel and accommodation (where required) are itemised transparently in your quote.

What do we actually receive after the event?

Accepted Answer

It depends on which experience you book — most send guests their branded photo or video clip within seconds of capture via QR or email, and your marketing team gets the full hi-res gallery (photos and/or videos depending on the booth) within 24–48 hours, hosted in a private online gallery you can download and share. Edited recap reels and written performance reports are available as add-ons on most experiences.
